Nature in the city

Evening walk to Regent's Park
and Primrose Hill. The scents of tree
and hedge flowers were intoxicating.
It seems to me this scent is one of the
most precious things made scarce
by lack of green in the urban space.

  1. Lovely pictures! The colours are great. I really like the one with the light peeping out from the trees. God, I miss London!

  2. Hi, Will, Thanks for visiting - and for your lovely comment.

Ah, well, the irony is that most Londoners don't see that much of their lovely city since their stuck indoors much of the time. Light evenings give us the chance we need.

The middle pic is taken on Primrose Hill, the sun dazzling as the London part of the globe starts to roll away from it (if I've got my astronomy right) ;P.
